What is AARI and what can it do for you?

Allen Real Estate Co., Ltd. (AREC) has an affiliate referral company called Allen Agency Realty Inc. (AARI).  Agents placing their license with AARI keep it active but pay no Realtor dues.  They refer all of their buyers and sellers to Allen Real Estate while they actively pursue other jobs or retirement.  Be a part of the Allen Real Estate team.

We have a very generous commission sharing plan.  The AARI agent simply makes one referral to AREC and when a commission is earned by AREC for selling or listing that referral, the AARI agent earns a share of that commission.  AARI has paid its agents commissions as high as $35,000 for simply making one referral.

Agents are covered under Allen Real Estate Co., Ltd. Errors & Omissions Insurance policy.

Agents are required to keep their continuing education up-to-date.
